About Us

Menopause transition should not be something women are left to manage alone. Every woman deserves clear information, respectful support and access to guidance she can trust. Yet for many women, the experience is still confusing, inconsistent and isolating.

The Irish Menopause Institute was created to bring together education, practitioner-led support, workplace training and community awareness to help improve how menopause transition is understood and supported across Ireland.

Our mission is simple:
To raise the standard of menopause education, understanding and support across healthcare, workplaces, communities and everyday life.

We are focused on practical action. We provide women in Ireland with clear education, trusted guidance and supportive pathways so women can feel informed, confident and respected at every stage of menopause transition.

We recognise the important work already being done by healthcare professionals, advocates, educators and organisations. Our role is to build on that progress by creating a more consistent, accessible and trusted approach.

We believe in a positive and informed future, one where menopause transition is recognised as an important life stage to be supported with dignity, understanding and care.
